Our beef, pork and poultry is all raised on the farm, without hormones or antibiotics, and fed a certified organic diet.
We purchase young piglets and calves from local farms to raise on our farm, hence why our meat is not certified organic.
Our beef is fed our own organic hay and baleage (hay that has been fermented), as well as our own organic grain that we grow and grind on the farm.
Our pigs are fed our organic vegetables, milk, and organic grain that we grow and grind on the farm.
Our chickens are free-range, and fed our organic grain that we grow and grind on the farm.
